Hmmm. Well, I guess I try not to do anything REALLY outlandish, but I DO like to have fun. People say I'm more of a deep thinker because they wonder how I think of things, but I'm not one of those strange quiet types, and sometimes I like to just laugh or joke around. I love to spend one-on-one time with people, but don't mind going out either. Basically, I'm pretty flexible as far as doing different things goes.

I could start with where I work or something like that, but that kind of thing has always bored me. Instead I'll say that I love to live life. I am crazy about my family and my friends and even complete strangers. It's pretty safe to say that I am a complete extrovert. I love to do new things and old favorite things, but it's all pointless unless you've got someone to share it with. I'd rather do something very boring with my friends than something thrilling by myself.

So what do I do beside these things? Well let's see.... I recently became a huge racquetball addict, I've been playing two to three times a week for the past few months. I enjoy watching a very select few TV shows, but other than that the TV isn't on. After owning it for years, I've finally decided to learn to play guitar; but don't get any ideas about a seranade, I still pretty much suck, but I am getting better.

I love to read; I have a problem where I try to read too many books at once and just end up getting confused about where I was in which book. I love music, always have, though just in the last few years have I gotten into live music so I've been trying to make up for the lost opportunities over the years.

I'm a wannabe chef, actually that's not true, I'm a wannabe baker. If I had any sort of quarter-life crisis I would quit my job and go to culinary school to become a pastry chef. I really do love to bake and regularly buy 10 pound bags of flour.

Participating in sports is better than watching, and I enjoy skiing, SCUBA diving, football, track, hockey, ultimate frisbee, soccer, canoeing, hiking, and swimming. It's only a matter of time and money before I get into vintage sports car racing. I'm a Buckeye at heart, though I adopted the VT Hokies at school. I'm also into wine tasting, single malt Scotch whisky, paleontology, medieval European or any world history and culture. I used to draw and sculpt a lot, and luckily I've been able to shake the rust off and get back into it with my current work.

I guess I'm a nerd that visits the gym 4-5 times a week. An honors grad that loves to watch pro wrestling, cartoons, or silly reality shows. A homebody that cant wait to go hiking or camping in any conditions. The kind of guy you can probably take home to mom, but really doesn't want to settle down until he's done traveling the world. Recently my life has been all work; I anticipate being able to cut back in the near future though. I have a son who I keep a close eye on when he is not in school, but he spends a lot of time in extracurricular activities and with his friends. Life is so much simpler since he got a cell phone and car. I know he won't be around much longer since he will leave for college this fall. I am looking to get to know a person so that when the time comes, my son will leave and I will have someone beside me to help celebrate (I don't want is to sit home alone and cry by myself).

Right now I am suffering from PMS (parked motorcycle syndrome) pretty bad. I do plan on spending some time on my Harley this year - if you ride that would be a great mutual interest.
